Easy Keto Beef Chili



This Easy Keto Beef Chili is a hearty dish that will warm you up on a cold night. It tastes great and is low in carbs, so it's a good meal for people on the ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro

Instructions:

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon

Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper

Cook until softened

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper

Pour in beef broth and stir to combine

Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed

Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings
